If you need to correct your birth details or have concerns about a report, contact us promptly. We will first try to correct delivery issues or factual input errors and will honor eligible requests made within the 14-day window.
Consultation changes
To reschedule a live consultation, contact us as early as possible with your order details. We will help you select another available time.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are submitted promptly. Your bank or payment provider may take additional business days to post the credit.
